 Successful RFID deployments call for disparate skill-sets that are traditionally not found from a single source. Connecting as it should the physical data collection world to enterprise software while creating and transforming intermediate business processes, and processing near real-time business logic, an RFID solution spans multiple areas of expertise. A serious concern that might slow the adoption of RFID on a large scale is the lack of single source solution providers.

With a Solution Services team, a Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) unit, and close partnerships with all major hardware vendors, GlobeRanger offers customers seamless RFID deployments.
Solution Services:
GlobeRanger’s Solution Services team works closely with customers as early as the business consulting phase if required. The team conducts on-site visits to establish process improvements that can be implemented with the RFID/sensor deployment. The deep expertise within the team extends to configuring or building applications, and testing, implementing and supporting them in the field.

Making RFID hardware selections can be a challenge for many customers. While technological improvements over the past few years have continuously improved the level of performance, applications in diverse physical environments have raised new challenges. GlobeRanger’s involvement in the industry from the inception of the market and its strong network of hardware partnerships have placed it in a highly qualified position to help customers with hardware selection, testing, and deployment, as well as on-site implementation and testing services.

GlobeRanger offers a series of comprehensive and customizable classes designed to give our partners the skills to realize the full potential of the iMotion™ Edgeware™ Platform. Courses cover a wide range of topics, from RFID basics to best practices in applications design. Classes are structured around a combination of hands on exercises and labs, using relevant case studies, allowing attendees to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
